My name is Fation Kokkalis, founder of NousLead — a business built not just on strategy, but on real-life experience, resilience, and a mission to support better leadership, fair workplaces, and empowered people.

I was born in Albania and raised in Greece, where I learned early that nothing comes without effort. My family worked hard to give me a chance at a better future, and I took that responsibility seriously.

As a teenager, I began organising school events and nightclub nights — a crash course in communication, leadership, and people skills. Alongside this, I studied classical piano with dedication and discipline, learning how patience and hard work can shape your character.
When my father became seriously ill, I focused everything on supporting him. After his passing, I moved to the UK with less than €100, no degree, and a clear intention: to build something meaningful.
I started again from scratch — first as a barista, teaching myself English, leadership, and business through every free resource I could find. I quickly stepped into supervisory roles, but I realised I wasn’t just managing people — I was leading them.
That’s when I saw something deeper: many people are overlooked not because they lack potential, but because no one gives them the support to grow. This experience — and my own journey — became the foundation of NousLead.
